Abolish Your Anxiety

and start to live your best life…

Anxiety appears in many different forms…

Phobias and Fears

Fears and phobias can sometimes dominate your life and no matter what anybody tells you it is just not possible to ‘pull yourself together’. In fact, the harder you try to do just that, the worse it can often seem to get.

General Anxiety

Generalised Anxiety Disorder, also known as GAD, can be extremely debilitating. It doesn’t have to be though, because every BWRT practitioner is trained in a specific therapy method that offers rapid and effective help.

Always Anxious

When you feel anxious most of the time but don’t really know why, it’s likely to be free-floating anxiety at the root of it. BWRT has a special method to work with this problem and it can usually provide fast and permanent relief.

One-off Situations

One-off situations such as a social function, public speaking, job interviews, dental work and more can cause as much misery as a fear or phobia. This is a situation with which all BWRT practitioners can provide expert help.

No matter how long you’ve experienced it for, BWRT – BrainWorking Recursive Therapy – can provide some of the fastest help possible for anxiety

Practitioners Worldwide

We have skilled practitioners in many parts of the world, including Europe, Asia, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and the country of origin, the United Kingdom.

They all have to pass a professional assessment at the end of training and  many choose to become part of the Institute itself to make sure they are up-to-date with the latest developments. If they’re on there, they’re good!

Because BWRT is so versatile, it’s easy to find a practitioner who is the perfect fit for you to provide the perfect therapy tailored to your exact needs

Online Therapy

BWRT is every bit as effective when working online – or even by phone – as it is in a face-to-face setting. Of course, this means that you have a huge choice of practitioners world-wide to choose from.

You can explore the profiles of our Registered Practitioners on the  BWRT Professionals Website which will allow you to find the best ‘fit’ for your needs.

face-to-face

Many of our practitioners only work online, since this has been shown to be as effective as a face-to-face session and for most people it is an ideal way of accessing therapy.

Sometimes though, especially where privacy is difficult in your home or work surroundings, a face-to face situation can feel more confidential. However. that does have a downside in that your choice of practitioner is more limited.

 Therapy for Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the situations that the Professional BWRT Practitioner has to deal with frequently and BWRT has always excelled at working with the many different facets of the problem from the very beginning. In fact, it was exactly what this amazing new methodology was primarily designed for when it was launched in 2013.

Whatever type of anxiety you suffer, whether it’s a simple ‘one off’ situation like giving a speech at your best friend’s wedding, or something that makes your life a misery every single day, you can rest assured that it almost certainly something that can be resolved far more easily than you think. A fear or phobia might be completely gone in just a single session, and even more complicated situations – for instance, where almost everything sets your nerves jangling – can be sorted out far more quickly than you think. You certainly will not be ‘stuck in therapy’ for years!

There are three grades of practitioner, Registered, Advanced, and Accredited, and while those listed as Accredited may be more experienced, any of the three grades is suitably qualified to work with any type of anxiety.

The BWRT Creed

All Registered BWRT Practitioners adhere to this creed and will seek professional guidance from senior BWRT Mentors where they deem it to be advisable or necessary.

The BWRT ethos is that the wellbeing of the client is paramount and therefore the BWRT Practitioner will ensure a constancy of demeanour and diligent application of their skills in the pursuit of that wellbeing.

The BWRT Practitioner is non-judgmental, completely understanding that nobody can control what they think or how they feel, only their response to such thoughts or feelings. The practitioner will apply their skills appropriately and without criticism to relieve distress and foster wellbeing.

Everybody has thoughts and feelings they prefer to keep to themselves and the BWRT Practitioner will not insist they be divulged. On very rare occasions, it is beneficial to explore such thoughts and feelings, but the Practitioner will make every effort to avoid that need.
